Something else? Ask us

What is an AI teammate?

An AI that joins your company as a user of its own: an address, an inbox, a calendar and a Drive. You name it, pick its voice, and your team works with it in the apps you already use.

Can we have more than one?

As many as you need: one for each team, or one for each person. Each has its own name, role, voice and account, works for the people you choose, and hands work to the others when it’s theirs.

Does it need a Workspace licence?

Yes. Its account is a user in your Workspace, so it takes a seat like any new hire, billed by Google as usual. Delegmate creates the account for you.

What does it do without asking?

What is clearly its job. It asks first before spending money, before anything that can’t be undone, and before reaching out to someone new outside the company.

Does it have a phone number?

Yes, a mobile number of its own, included in its seat. Your team and your customers call or text it and it answers, it calls out when a job needs a call, and it knows your people by the numbers in your Google directory.

Can it really join meetings?

Yes, as a participant, not a note-taker. It joins Google Meet, speaks up, checks facts, presents its slides, and does the work it was given once the call ends. It joins Microsoft Teams calls too, speaks up there the same way, and follows up on them. It can't join Zoom, which turns automated participants away.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Remove a teammate and its seat ends with the month. Your first month is refundable within 14 days.
