Pricing questions
When do I start paying?
Signing up and connecting your Workspace are free. Your plan starts when you add your first teammate.
Does it need a Workspace licence?
Yes. Its account is a user in your Workspace, so it takes a seat like any new hire, billed by Google as usual.
What are credits?
What its work uses: thinking, browsing, calls. Each teammate brings 3,000 a month into a balance your team shares; you can add more any time, and set a daily limit per teammate.
What if I add or remove a teammate mid-month?
Adding one charges for the rest of the month. A removed teammate's seat stays paid until the month ends, so adding one again before then costs nothing.
What happens when credits run low?
We let your admins know before they run out. Or turn on automatic top-up (you're offered it when your plan starts): when your balance falls below 500 credits, $25 of credits is added on your plan's card, so your teammates never pause. Change it or turn it off any time on the Billing page.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your first month is refundable within 14 days.
