A number people call and text, and it answers
Each teammate has a mobile number of its own. Your team and your customers call or text it, and it answers like a colleague. It calls out too, to confirm a booking or chase an answer, and tells you how it went. It knows your people by the numbers in your Google directory and remembers everyone it has talked to.
