Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Delegmate (“we”) and the organisation that uses Delegmate (“you”). Whoever signs up, grants Delegmate access to a Google Workspace or adds a teammate accepts them on the organisation’s behalf, and confirms they may.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. The service

Delegmate runs AI teammates in your Google Workspace. Each teammate is a user account in your domain that you create through Delegmate; it works with your people by email, Chat, Meet, Calendar, Drive and the apps you connect, and does the work you and your colleagues give it. The service is for businesses, not for personal or household use.

2. Your account and access

  • The dashboard is for your Google Workspace admins. You keep your Google accounts secure and tell us of any misuse you notice.
  • You grant Delegmate access to your Workspace in the Google Admin console, and can withdraw it there at any time; without it the teammates stop working.
  • Each teammate uses a Google Workspace seat that you buy from Google. Google’s charges are not part of our fees.

3. Plan, credits and payment

  • Signing up is free. Your plan starts when you add your first teammate: $39 a month for each teammate, billed monthly in advance, each bringing 3,000 credits a month into your company’s balance. A teammate added part of the way through a month is charged, and credited, for the part that is left. A removed teammate’s seat stays paid until the month ends, so adding one again before then costs nothing; each month is charged for the teammates you have.
  • Everything a teammate does uses credits: thinking, searching, its browser and computer, its voice in calls. 100 credits are worth $1. Your dashboard shows your balance and what used it. The plan’s monthly credits end with the month; credits you buy never expire while your account is open.
  • You can buy more credits at any time. Automatic top-up is offered when your plan starts and can be turned on later. While it is on, you authorise us, through Paddle, to charge the payment method on your plan the amount you chose (unless changed, $25 of credits) whenever your balance falls below the level you set (unless changed, 500 credits). You can change it or turn it off at any time on the Billing page.
  • When your balance runs out, or your plan ends, your teammates pause and keep what arrives for when credits are added.
  • Prices exclude taxes, which Paddle adds where they apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next billing month.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You decide what each teammate may do and reach and whom it works for, and you are responsible for its work as you would be for a colleague’s. Check what matters before relying on it.
  • You have the right to share with a teammate what you share with it, and to have it contact the people it contacts for you.
  • Teammates say they are AI when it matters; you will not present one as a human or use one to deceive anyone.
  • You will not use Delegmate for spam or unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, harassment, impersonation, anything unlawful, infringing or harmful, to get around security or rate limits, or in breach of Google’s or a connected app’s terms.

5. AI makes mistakes

Teammates work with judgement and ask before spending money, contacting new people outside your organisation, or doing what cannot be undone. They can still be wrong. Except as these terms say, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not let us exclude.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy and data processing agreement describe; the agreement is part of these terms. You can download all of it, or delete all of it, in Settings at any time.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time: remove your teammates (the plan ends at the end of the month in which the last one goes) or delete your company’s data in Settings (the plan ends at once). We may suspend a teammate or an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, telling you why, and may end the service for you with 30 days’ notice, refunding any unused bought credits. What we hold for you is deleted as the privacy policy says.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and tell you of significant changes at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim there.
