How it works

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Altoviz

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Altoviz account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to Altoviz?

With a Altoviz API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Altoviz account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Altoviz without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Altoviz seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Altoviz seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Altoviz?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Altoviz. Altoviz is a trademark of its owner.
