How it works
- 1
Add a teammate
It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.
- 2
Connect DirectIQ
From its Apps tab with your API key, with the DirectIQ account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.
- 3
Hand it the work
Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions
How does it connect to DirectIQ?
With a DirectIQ API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the DirectIQ account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in DirectIQ without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own DirectIQ seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra DirectIQ seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by DirectIQ?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DirectIQ. DirectIQ is a trademark of its owner.
