Questions
How does it connect to Elastic Email?
With a Elastic Email API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Elastic Email account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in Elastic Email without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own Elastic Email seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Elastic Email seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by Elastic Email?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elastic Email. Elastic Email is a trademark of its owner.
