About Magnetic

Magnetic is an all-in-one platform designed to help professional services firms manage projects, resources, and finances efficiently.

What it does in Magnetic

  • Keeps Magnetic records current after every email, call and meeting
  • Adds new leads and contacts with the context from the conversation
  • Moves deals forward and logs every activity
  • Prepares a brief on an account before you talk to them

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Magnetic

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Magnetic account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to Magnetic?

With a Magnetic API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Magnetic account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Magnetic without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Magnetic seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Magnetic seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Magnetic?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Magnetic. Magnetic is a trademark of its owner.
