Questions
How does it connect to Mailchimp?
From the teammate's Apps tab in a click, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Mailchimp account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in Mailchimp without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own Mailchimp seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Mailchimp seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by Mailchimp?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mailchimp. Mailchimp is a trademark of its owner.
