Questions

How does it connect to OpenAlex?

With a OpenAlex API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the OpenAlex account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in OpenAlex without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own OpenAlex seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra OpenAlex seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by OpenAlex?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAlex. OpenAlex is a trademark of its owner.
