  • Puts the result where it belongs: a Doc, a Sheet or a reply
  • Keeps a record of what it ran and why

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect OpenUI Cloud

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the OpenUI Cloud account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to OpenUI Cloud?

With a OpenUI Cloud API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the OpenUI Cloud account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in OpenUI Cloud without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own OpenUI Cloud seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra OpenUI Cloud seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by OpenUI Cloud?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenUI Cloud. OpenUI Cloud is a trademark of its owner.
