About Trello
A web-based, kanban-style, list-making application.
What it does in Trello
- Creates cards from requests in email and chat
- Moves cards as work progresses
- Adds checklists, comments and due dates
- Sends a summary of what moved each week
How it works
- 1
Add a teammate
It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.
- 2
Connect Trello
From its Apps tab in a click, with the Trello account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.
- 3
Hand it the work
Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions
How does it connect to Trello?
From the teammate's Apps tab in a click, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Trello account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in Trello without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own Trello seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Trello seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by Trello?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Trello. Trello is a trademark of its owner.
