  • Reads and answers what arrives in WhatsApp
  • Keeps conversations moving and follows up
  • Brings you only what needs you
  • Logs what was said where your team can find it

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect WhatsApp

From its Apps tab in a click, with the WhatsApp account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to WhatsApp?

From the teammate's Apps tab in a click, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the WhatsApp account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in WhatsApp without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own WhatsApp seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra WhatsApp seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by WhatsApp?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner.
