Questions

How does it connect to 7shifts?

With a 7shifts API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the 7shifts account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in 7shifts without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own 7shifts seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra 7shifts seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by 7shifts?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by 7shifts. 7shifts is a trademark of its owner.
