About Instagram

Instagram is a social media platform for sharing photos, videos, and stories. Only supports Instagram Business and Creator accounts, not Instagram Personal accounts.

What it does in Instagram

  • Drafts and schedules campaigns in Instagram
  • Keeps lists and audiences tidy
  • Reports what worked each week
  • Turns briefs into ready-to-review content

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Instagram

From its Apps tab in a click, with the Instagram account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to Instagram?

From the teammate's Apps tab in a click, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Instagram account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Instagram without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Instagram seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Instagram seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Instagram?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of its owner.
