With a Mem0 API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Mem0 account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Mem0 without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Mem0 seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Mem0 seat to buy for it.
