Questions

How does it connect to Retell AI?

With a Retell AI API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Retell AI account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Retell AI without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Retell AI seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Retell AI seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Retell AI?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Retell AI. Retell AI is a trademark of its owner.
