Add a teammate
It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.
- 2
Connect Pneumatic
From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Pneumatic account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

Questions
How does it connect to Pneumatic?
With a Pneumatic API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Pneumatic account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in Pneumatic without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own Pneumatic seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Pneumatic seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by Pneumatic?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pneumatic. Pneumatic is a trademark of its owner.
