About Teamwork
Teamwork is a project management platform for planning projects, coordinating tasks, collaborating with teams, and tracking time.
What it does in Teamwork
- Takes on tasks assigned to it in Teamwork and does them
- Creates tasks with owners and due dates from emails and meetings
- Updates status and comments as work moves
- Chases owners when due dates are close
How it works
- 1
Add a teammate
It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.
- 2
Connect Teamwork
From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Teamwork account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.
- 3
Hand it the work
Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions
How does it connect to Teamwork?
With a Teamwork API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Teamwork account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.
What does it do in Teamwork without asking?
The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.
Does it need its own Teamwork seat?
No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Teamwork seat to buy for it.
Is Delegmate made by Teamwork?
No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Teamwork. Teamwork is a trademark of its owner.
