It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Trackdesk

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Trackdesk account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

Questions

How does it connect to Trackdesk?

With a Trackdesk API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Trackdesk account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Trackdesk without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Trackdesk seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Trackdesk seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Trackdesk?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Trackdesk. Trackdesk is a trademark of its owner.
