How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Userlist

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Userlist account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to Userlist?

With a Userlist API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Userlist account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Userlist without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Userlist seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Userlist seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Userlist?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Userlist. Userlist is a trademark of its owner.
