Questions

How does it connect to Gorgias?

From the teammate's Apps tab in a click, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Gorgias account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Gorgias without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Gorgias seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Gorgias seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Gorgias?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gorgias. Gorgias is a trademark of its owner.
