About Honcho

Honcho provides memory, context, and theory-of-mind infrastructure for building stateful AI agents.

What it does in Honcho

  • Uses Honcho for the part of a job it does best: research, extraction or generation
  • Checks what comes back before anyone relies on it
  • Puts the result where it belongs: a Doc, a Sheet or a reply
  • Keeps a record of what it ran and why

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a teammate

It gets its own account in your Google Workspace, with its own email, calendar and Drive.

  2. 2

    Connect Honcho

From its Apps tab with your API key, with the Honcho account your team chooses. Or just ask it, and it sends you the link.

  3. 3

    Hand it the work

Email it, message it in Chat or Slack, or mention it in a doc. It asks before anything that matters.

Questions

How does it connect to Honcho?

With a Honcho API key, pasted once on the teammate's Apps tab, or just ask it and it sends you the link. It connects with the Honcho account your team chooses, and each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach.

What does it do in Honcho without asking?

The everyday work it is there for: reading, updating and keeping things current. It asks first before contacting someone new, spending money, or anything that can't be undone, and every step is in its activity log.

Does it need its own Honcho seat?

No. It works through the connection your team sets up, so there is no extra Honcho seat to buy for it.

Is Delegmate made by Honcho?

No. Delegmate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Honcho. Honcho is a trademark of its owner.
