Delegmate vs Instinct: a team's teammate or a personal agent?

Instinct is a personal AI agent you text or call: it uses the email, messages and accounts you connect to get things done for you, and is in invitation-only early access. Delegmate is for companies: each teammate is a member of your Google Workspace, works for the people you choose and answers to your admins.

  • The work belongs to a team, not one person
  • Customers and colleagues need an address on your domain
  • Your admins need control and a record of every step
  • Several roles each need their own teammate

Choose Instinct when

  • You want an agent for your own life and errands
  • You'd rather text it than email it
  • The accounts it needs are your own
  • You have an invitation

Better together

A person can use both: a personal agent for their own life, and Delegmate teammates for the company's work, from the company's accounts, under the company's rules.

Questions

Can Delegmate do personal tasks?

It works for the people you choose, on the company's accounts and within the company's rules. Personal errands belong with a personal agent.

Can anyone at the company use it?

Anyone can hand it work; it works for the people its admins choose, and asks before anything new, costly or irreversible.

Does it have a phone number?

Yes. Each teammate has a number of its own that people call and text, and it calls out to confirm and chase.
